While walking in the woods, I came across a spectacular tree. Apparently this tree has been the target of scores of people who have decided to display their love by carving into it's bark. If you look at the upper right corner of the below photo, you'll see just how high up Elva & Jose's testament of love really is. The carvings are what really attracted me to this tree. I shot the above photos with my Canon 5D mark ii and my Canon 200mm L2 lens. I then switched to my Canon 17-40mm L4; and took the photo below.
